📦 Order Processing & Tracking
1. Vetting & Packing (1-3 Business Days): To maintain our high quality standard, every apparel piece undergoes a strict manual inspection for stitching, waterproof seal zippers, and insulation tags at our fulfillment hub before being securely packaged.
2. Tracking Activation: Once your gear leaves the hub, a secure tracking link will be delivered straight to your email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the postal courier network to activate the live updates.
3. Customs & Duties: For 99% of orders shipped to the US and Canada, no additional import duties are charged. In the rare event that local customs fees occur, they are the responsibility of the customer.
