Chicsnow was born out of a frustration every serious skier knows well — you want gear that's actually worth wearing on the mountain, but you don't want to spend hours hunting across a dozen brand websites, reading specs that all say the same thing, and guessing whether the sizing will hold up at 8 AM in fresh powder.

We've done that work for you. We source and carry the brands we genuinely believe in — DOOK SNOW, Rabbit Snow, Searipe, Arctic Queen, and more — because each of them does something specific and does it well. One brand nails the one-piece silhouette. Another engineers the warmth-to-weight ratio that keeps you skiing longer. A third understands that looking good at après-ski is part of the day too.

There are thousands of ski brands on the internet. Most of them are fine. A handful are exceptional. We carry the exceptional ones.

Our team tests gear across seasons and slopes — from groomed blue runs to steep backcountry chutes. We look at waterproof ratings that actually hold (not the 5,000mm ones that soak through by noon), seam construction that survives a fall, fits that move with your body instead of fighting it, and designs you'd still want to wear in the lodge.

We also believe the mountain doesn't stop at the last chairlift. Summer has its own call — and when it does, we'll have the surf and water gear to answer it. One destination. Every season.
