📋 Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a full refund back to your original payment method, returned items must strictly meet the following guidelines:

  • Items must be entirely unworn, unwashed, and free of any outdoor scent, snow marks, or usage stains.
  • All original product tags, designer tags, and technical feature labels (such as waterproof/breathability certificates) must be completely intact and attached.
  • Items must be packed back securely inside their original branded packaging boxes or bags.
  • Exclusions: Due to hygiene and health protection guidelines, base layers (thermal underwear), face masks, neck gaiters, and balaclavas cannot be returned or refunded once the security seal is opened, unless arriving visibly damaged.

  2. Receive Instructions: Our support desk will verify your details within 24 hours and reply with the precise return warehouse shipping address.
  3. Ship the Package: Drop off your parcel with a trackable local mail carrier of your choice. (Note: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping label fees, unless the return is a direct result of our fulfillment mistake or a verified product defect).
